How to hire a wedding catering service?
The process begins with a call or video call in which we introduce ourselves, show our proposal and seek an initial response. It is very important for us to understand your needs and offer you a tailored proposal.
Once everything is agreed, we request a fixed deposit of 1.000 € + VAT to block the date and guarantee the service at the indicated farmhouse. This step ensures that we can start planning.
During the 15 days prior to the wedding, our team organizes the final details of the catering and decoration, making sure everything is ready for the big day.
How to hire a wedding catering service?
1. Does the catering include waiters and service personnel?
Yes, all our wedding catering services include specialized service personnel: waiters, maître d’ and cooks, adapted to the size of the event. The wedding catering service is carried out with the utmost professionalism to ensure that everything flows naturally and with excellence.
2. Do you also take care of table set-up and decoration?
Of course! We take care of all the assembly and decoration of the tables, adapting to your style and theme.
3. Is the catering adapted to the venue?
Yes, we adapt to different locations: farms, farmhouses, halls, outdoor spaces or even weddings on the beach. If you don’t have the place yet, we can help you find it.
4. How much time do you need to prepare the event?
Our team arrives early enough to make sure everything is set up and ready before the guests arrive. For large weddings, we make sure to arrive at least 4 to 5 hours before the event. This includes setting up the space and preparing the food.
5. How much does catering for a wedding cost per person?
The price of wedding catering depends on several factors, such as the type of menu, the number of guests and additional decoration and personalization options. We invite you to contact us for a customized proposal, adjusted to your budget and needs.
6. What is included in the wedding catering price?
The price of our wedding catering includes the complete menu, which includes a large appetizer, main course and dessert, as well as selected beverages and the hours of open bar according to the contracted package. It also includes the service staff, such as waiters, maître d’ and cooks, as well as the set-up and basic decoration of the tables. Additional services, such as special furniture or thematic decoration, can be added at an extra cost.
7. How is a wedding catering budget calculated?
The budget is calculated according to several factors: the number of guests, the type of menu (buffet, tasting, cocktails, etc.), the venue, the number of waiters and the additional material you may need (furniture, decoration). We will send you a detailed proposal after knowing all the details of the event.
